We wanted you to see the latest video from Julie Hamos' campaign on health care and the public option. Julie is running for the open seat in IL-10, one of the highest profile Democratic take back opportunities in the 2010 cycle. Julie will face fellow Democrat Dan Seals in the primary. The Republicans are coming out swinging. They're determined to gain power in Congress next year, so they're eyeing seats across the country to put in the GOP's column. Even though we just told you about this great video featuring Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm, we couldn't resist sharing another with you. In an candid conversation with TIME's Rick Stengel, Granholm gets fired up about recovery in Michigan and answers questions about her efforts to spur growth in the state, how to re-purpose Michigan's auto manufacturing infrastructure, and the contents of her iPod. Here's the video:

Big news from the Granite State! Annie will likely have a competitive race ahead of her. Republican Jennifer Horn, who took on Hodes unsuccessfully in 2008, has already announced she's in the race. And former Republican Cong. Charlie Bass, who held this seat until 2006, is said to be eying the seat.
